Ingredients
- Flaxseeds - 1.6 oz
- Gluten-Free Baking Mix - 2.8 oz
- Desiccated coconut - 1.1 oz
- Hazelnut - 2.1 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 2 tablespoons
- Pistachios - 1.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Maple syrup - 2 fl oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Use a blender to grind the flaxseeds.
Step 2
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil and maple syrup in a small pot until boiling.
Step 4
Immediately pour it into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix.
Step 5
Add the egg white and mix again.
Step 6
Carefully spread it on baking paper on a baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C (284°F) for 25 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes to break into pieces.
Step 8
Store in an airtight container.
