Ingredients
- Gluten-Free Baking Mix - ½ cup
- Vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Applesauce - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - ½ cup
- Tahini - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and stir well.
Step 3
Blend the vegetable oil and tahini until smooth.
Step 4
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin tins, filling them halfway or slightly more.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; the batter should not stick to it. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool.
