Ingredients
- Papaya flesh - 7.1 oz
- Macadamia Nuts - 3.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
- Ground dried cherries - 1 cup
- Boiling water - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Almond - 1 cup
- Coconut flakes - 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the papaya pulp.
Step 2
Finely chop the cashews.
Step 3
Finely chop the almonds.
Step 4
Soak the dried cherries in boiling water and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the dried cherries and place them in a sieve.
Step 6
Mix the eggs with sugar and vanillin.
Step 7
Add almond flour and coconut flour.
Step 8
Add papaya, cherries, and nuts to the batter and mix.
Step 9
Pour the batter into a mold.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
Step 11
Remove the waffles from the mold, decorate with powdered sugar and pieces of papaya.
