  • Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Goat cheese - 1.2 oz
  • Tomatoes - ½ piece
  • Leek - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
