Ingredients
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Goat cheese - 1.2 oz
- Tomatoes - ½ piece
- Leek - 0.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Place the cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Each portion is equal to one tablespoon.
Step 3
Grate the goat cheese on a fine grater as well.
Step 4
Add a teaspoon of goat cheese without a heap to each portion of hard cheese.
Step 5
Finely chop the leek.
Step 6
Finely chop the tomato.
Step 7
Mix with the leek and add salt.
Step 8
Place half a teaspoon of sauce on each portion of cheese.
Step 9
Season with black pepper.
Step 10
Send to an oven preheated to 356°F.
Step 11
After 5–6 minutes, the chips are ready!
