Description
Goat's milk and, consequently, goat yogurt are known to be quite dietary products.
Ingredients
- Goat cheese - 10.6 oz
- Frozen black currant puree - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease the baking pan with butter. Melt the remaining butter gently, being careful not to let it boil. Beat it in a mixer together with regular sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and 200 ml of goat yogurt. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour into the mixture.
Step 2
Fold the berries into the batter and transfer the mixture to a baking dish, then place the dish in the oven, where the pie should bake for twenty minutes at a temperature of 356°F.
Step 3
Whip 100 ml of yogurt with powdered sugar. Remove the finished pie from the oven, let it cool completely, and spread the yogurt cream over it.
