- Cashew - 1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes - 0.9 oz
- Pecan - ½ glasses
- Chocolate-Covered Coffee Beans - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Dates - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Almond - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder - ¼ spoons
- Maple syrup - ¼ spoons

Step 1
Blend the ground oat flakes, goji berries, pecans, cashews, cocoa nibs, vanilla, pitted dates, olive oil, and almond milk in a blender until you achieve a coarse paste. Knead it briefly by hand in a bowl, then transfer it to a cutting board and flatten it into a large rectangle. Slice it into even bars with a knife and refrigerate.
Step 2
Mix the coconut oil, cocoa, and maple syrup together, then drizzle the resulting topping over the bars and return them to the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
