- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Gooseberry - 5.3 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, and cold butter. Add the yolk and, if necessary, 1–3 tablespoons of cold water. Knead the dough and form a ball. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
Then bake in the oven at 374°F for 15 minutes, covered with paper and beans, and another 10 minutes without them.
Step 3
Whisk together the cream, eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Spread the gooseberries on the baked crust, then pour the prepared cream-egg mixture on top. Bake for 30–40 minutes until the filling is well set.
Step 5
Beat the egg whites with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread a light layer of soufflé and bake until lightly browned for about 10 minutes.
