  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 1.8 oz
  • Acacia Honey - 1.1 oz
  • Walnuts - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the milk, cream, and egg yolks, whisk them for 10 minutes, and chill.

Step 2

Melt the gorgonzola cheese, mascarpone, and honey in a water bath and let it cool.

Step 3

Combine everything and freeze.

Step 4

Scoop the ice cream into a dessert bowl, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with walnuts.
