Ingredients
- 3.2% Milk - 10 fl oz
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Dry Malted Milk Powder - 1.2 oz
- Corn Starch - 0.4 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix sugar with dry milk, gradually adding 250 ml of regular milk. Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining milk.
Step 2
Bring the milk mixture to a boil and stir in the cornstarch, cooking until thickened. Cool down by transferring to a small container and covering with plastic wrap.
Step 3
Whip the cold cream, add the completely cooled milk mixture, and transfer to an ice cream maker. Chill according to the ice cream maker's instructions.
Step 4
Distribute the finished mixture into cups and place in the freezer for several hours.
