  • Salt - to taste
  • Walnuts - 2.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
  • Water - 20 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Chop the walnuts.

Step 3

Combine the flour, salt, yeast, and walnuts, and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

While stirring, pour in the olive oil and warm water. Mix until the dough reaches a consistency similar to liquid sour cream.

Step 5

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it sit in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 6

Once the dough has risen, stir it again and add a little flour if the dough seems too liquid.

Step 7

Place the dough in a greased baking pan, cover it, and let it sit for another hour.

Step 8

Bake the bread in the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 9

Reduce the oven temperature to 392°F and bake for 30 minutes.
