Ingredients
- Flaxseeds - 2.5 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame - 0.4 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 0.4 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.4 oz
- Flaxseeds - 0.4 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 0.4 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in the microwave for a few seconds.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer and add salt.
Step 3
Add the flour.
Step 4
Add the melted butter and baking powder.
Step 5
Mix and let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the seeds, rosemary, and dried berries.
Step 7
Knead the dough thoroughly and shape it into a loaf on parchment paper with wet hands.
Step 8
Soak the oregano in mustard oil for 1 minute.
Step 9
Brush the top of the future bread with the oil and oregano mixture and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 10
After 35 minutes, take the bread out. It's ready.
