  • Dried Rosemary - 0.4 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds - 0.4 oz
  • Flaxseeds - 0.4 oz
  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon

Melt the butter in the microwave for a few seconds.
