Ingredients
- Granola - 8 tablespoons
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 10.6 oz
- Peanut Butter - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For 4 servings: 4 glasses (highball)
Step 2
Mix granola with yogurt and layer it at the bottom of the glass.
Step 3
Slice bananas into thin rounds and evenly distribute them as the second layer.
Step 4
Spread peanut butter as the third layer using a blunt knife (I used sesame).
Step 5
Crush the walnuts and sprinkle them on top as the fourth layer.
Step 6
Refrigerate overnight and serve for breakfast. Very delicious, healthy, and filling.
