Ingredients
- Grapefruits - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vodka - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine 3 cups of grapefruit pulp, 150 g of sugar, and vodka. Blend well for 2 minutes until the sugar dissolves, and add more sugar to taste.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker or container and freeze for several hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the grapefruits, removing the skin and white membranes. Carefully cut out the segments with a sharp knife over a bowl. Squeeze the remaining juice into the bowl, remove any seeds, and break the segments into small pieces.
