Description
Instead of baking soda, you can use baking powder.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda that has been reacted with vinegar. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Add the butter, previously melted slightly in a pan. Add the eggs. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Set aside 1/3 of the dough in the refrigerator and let it rest well.
Step 4
Roll out the remaining dough to form a base, add the filling (cottage cheese, jam, etc.).
Step 5
Take the third of the dough that was set aside in the refrigerator, grate it over the filling.
Step 6
Bake for 20–30 minutes until golden brown.
