- Unbleached flour crackers - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 11 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease two bread pans with oil.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 482°F.
Step 3
Mix the three types of flour, rub in the yeast until it forms a fine crumb. Add salt, water, and knead the dough. Shape the dough into a ball, cover it, and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 4
Place the dough on a surface, divide it into 2 parts, shape into 2 balls, and cover, letting it rest for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
On a floured surface, shape the dough into 2 loaves, moisten with water, and roll in seeds. Place the loaves in the pans, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1 hour.
Step 6
Spray the oven walls with water from a spray bottle, place the loaves in the oven, and bake for 15–20 minutes.
