- Unbleached flour crackers - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 12 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz

Preheat the oven to 482°F.
Step 2
Mix both types of flour, rub in the yeast until it forms a fine crumb. Add salt, water, and knead the dough. Shape the dough into a ball, cover it, and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 3
Place the dough on a surface, divide it into 12 pieces, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Step 4
On a floured surface, gently flatten the balls into an elongated shape and place them on a baking sheet. Cover with a towel and let them rise for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Make cuts on the buns.
Step 6
Spray the oven walls with water from a spray bottle, reduce the temperature to 446°F, place the buns in the oven, and bake for 10 minutes.
