Greek Cheesecake from Mykonos
Ingredients
- Yubileynoye Cookies - 22.9 oz
- Butter - 6.2 oz
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 15.9 oz
- Cream (40%) - 17 fl oz
- Jam - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies in a blender, add melted butter, and mix.
Step 2
Press the mixture into the bottom of a mold approximately 24 by 32 cm.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 320°F for 10 minutes. Afterward, remove and let cool (preferably in the refrigerator).
Step 4
Whip the cream in a mixer for about 6–7 minutes, add the cream cheese and condensed milk. Whip until a smooth, airy mixture forms.
Step 5
Take the cookie base out of the refrigerator and pour the prepared mixture from the mixer into the mold.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 7
You can decorate the cheesecake with fresh strawberries or any type of jam.
