Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 2 lbs
- Veal Mince - 17.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Feta cheese - 10.6 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Onion - 2 heads
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the minced meat until fully cooked. Then, sauté 2 onions and add them to the minced meat along with grated cheese, feta cheese, chopped herbs, and raw eggs. If the feta cheese is very salty, you can skip adding salt.
Step 2
Unroll the puff pastry. Place half of it on a baking tray, add the filling on top, and cover with the other half of the pastry. Seal the edges thoroughly. Prick the surface several times with a fork and brush with egg wash.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
