- Feta cheese - 1 glass
- Chopped Sage Leaves - ¼ glasses
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - ¼ glasses
- Phyllo Dough - 12 pieces
Step by Step guide

Boil the spinach for a few minutes in boiling water or steam it until tender, then lightly squeeze out excess water and chop finely.
