Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Herbs - 0.7 oz
- Feta cheese - 4.2 oz
- Scallions - 2 pieces
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Bulgur - ¼ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 1 cup
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Tzatziki sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the bulgur in boiling water until ready. Drain.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then finely chop them. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta, finely chopped herbs and onions, oregano, paprika, eggs, and bulgur. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually add the coarse flour until you reach the desired consistency for shaping the fritters.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Step 5
Shape small flat fritters and fry in the oil for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
