Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Onion - 2 heads
- Margarine - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 3 bunches
- Aged gouda cheese - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Ground Nutmeg - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and margarine. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the green onions into rings and the onion into rings.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 4
Roll out the dough. Grease a baking dish and lay the dough in it, raising the edges by 3 cm. Prick the dough with a fork and place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Mix the sour cream, 4 eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and green onions.
Step 6
Place the onion rings on the crust. Pour the sour cream sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for 25 minutes.
