Ingredients
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- 33% Cream - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Gelatin - 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Green Tea (brick) - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the milk, remove it from the heat, and steep a tea bag in the milk for three minutes. Then, return the milk to the heat, add sugar and cream, and stir while cooking until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of warm water and gently whisk it into the milk and cream mixture.
Step 2
Grease the molds with vegetable oil, pour the milk and cream mixture into the molds, and chill for three hours.
