Ingredients
- Green Figs - 12 pieces
- Goat cheese - 6.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the figs and pat them dry. Cut them in half and place them on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and place under the broiler for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Evenly distribute the cheese over the figs and return to the broiler for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the honey and vinegar. Drizzle the resulting sauce over the figs and serve.
