Grilled Ginger Peaches with Raspberries
Ingredients
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Raspberry leaves - 12.7 oz
- Vanilla extract - 1½ teaspoons
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Donut Peaches - 4 pieces
- Vanilla Ice Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide

Preheat the grill.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the raspberries, white sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, ginger, and the remaining vanilla. Add the halved, pitted peaches and mix well.
Step 4
Place a sheet of foil on the grill and arrange the peaches cut side down on top. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, turning once, until the peaches caramelize and brown.
Step 5
Place 2 peach halves on plates, top with ice cream, and garnish with raspberries. Serve immediately.
