- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ginger - 1.1 oz
- Lime - 1 piece
- Dry White Wine - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz

Cut the nectarines into quarters, remove the pits, and grill the fruit on a hot grill until they become tender.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring the wine to a boil (it's best to use a wine with a bright fruity flavor, such as Riesling). Once the wine is boiling, add sugar, grated ginger, and the juice of lemon and lime (previously zesting both the lemon and lime).
Step 3
Simmer the sauce over low heat for ten minutes. Then, stir in the zest of lime and lemon, and pour the sauce over the nectarines.
