Ingredients
- Raspberry leaves - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1½ spoons
- Donut Peaches - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the fresh raspberries, dry them, and place them in the bowl of a food processor. Add three tablespoons of water and blend until smooth. Then strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove all the seeds. Add regular white sugar and lemon juice, and mix thoroughly — the sugar should completely dissolve for the sauce to be smooth.
Step 2
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits (keeping the skins on).
Step 3
Preheat the grill. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat with brown sugar, then brush the resulting caramel over the halved peaches.
Step 4
Grill the peaches for eight to ten minutes until they are soft, turning them occasionally. Serve them on a plate drizzled with raspberry sauce.
