- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Corn Starch - 2 teaspoons
- Pineapple - 4 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 4 tablespoons

In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, honey, lime juice, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Keep warm.
