Ingredients
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 27.5 oz
- Kahlúa Liqueur - 0.3 cups
- Vanilla extract - ¼ teaspoon
- Pineapple - ½ piece
- Vanilla Ice Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a pie dish and cover with foil. Place it in a deep baking tray filled with water so that it covers half of the dish. Put it in the oven for about 1.5 hours, until the sweetened condensed milk turns golden. Carefully remove the dish from the tray and let it cool.
Step 3
Add the liqueur and vanilla extract to the cooled milk, mix well, and lightly salt.
Step 4
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 5
Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, including the leaves, then cut each half in half again. Place on the grill cut side down and grill for 2 minutes on each cut side.
Step 6
Arrange the pineapples on plates, place scoops of vanilla ice cream next to them, and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
