- Strawberries - 31.7 oz
- Red Wine - 24 fl oz
- Blackberry Jam - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - to taste

Grill the strawberries over nearly burnt coals (for example, after you have grilled the main dishes). If you are using wood, throw a bit on top of the coals to keep the smoke going.
Step 2
Turn the berries occasionally. They should not have grill marks; the berries should gradually cook through and soften.
Step 3
Meanwhile, reduce the wine over medium heat until it reaches 2/3 cup. Add the jam or honey and stir.
Step 4
When the strawberries turn a dark raspberry color and are fully cooked (about 30 minutes), mix them with the prepared wine and jam mixture. Drizzle the resulting mixture over the vanilla ice cream.
