- Semolina - ¾ cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 cups
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
- Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
- Canned Lemons - ½ can
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In boiling milk, add sugar and vanillin. After that, gradually sprinkle in the semolina and cook for 10 minutes while stirring.
Step 2
Add butter and raw eggs to the cooked porridge, mix everything well, and place it in a frying pan previously greased with butter, sprinkle with sugar, and put it in a hot oven. When a light brown crust forms, the kasha will be ready.
Step 3
When serving, you can decorate the kasha with canned fruits, drizzle with sweet sauce, and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
