Ingredients
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Condensed Milk - 3.5 oz
- Halva - 8.8 oz
- Whole egg - 1.8 oz
- 3.2% Milk - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 13.1 oz
- Corn Starch - 2.3 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the halva.
Step 2
Heat the sugar with milk and let it cool, then combine with the yolk and starch, and cook over low heat, stirring until a thick cream forms.
Step 3
Whip the soft butter in a blender until fluffy.
Step 4
Add the condensed milk, crushed halva, and butter to the prepared cream.
Step 5
For the layers, bring honey with baking soda to a boil and let it cool.
Step 6
Beat the soft butter, sugar, and egg into a homogeneous mass, adding the honey with baking soda and sifted flour.
Step 7
Place the dough in a cool place for 3 hours.
Step 8
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and bake for 5 minutes at 175°C.
Step 9
For the chocolate meringue, add sugar to the water and boil until it reaches 120°C.
Step 10
Whip the egg whites until white foam forms, then add the hot sugar syrup and chocolate.
Step 11
Spread the finished mixture into a tray and bake in the oven at 120°C for 45 minutes. Layer the cream with the cake layers, break the cake into pieces, and arrange them on a plate, garnishing the dish with roasted sunflower seeds and chocolate meringue.
