Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 0.9 oz
- Green Figs - 4.2 oz
- Ham - 2.5 oz
- Beer - 6 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Peanut Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 302°F.
Step 2
Slice the ham into thin pieces and sauté in a dry pan. Season with pepper.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and sugar until the mixture doubles in volume. While continuing to beat, add the peanut butter and beer. Gradually add the sifted flours and baking powder. Mix in the ham, chopped figs, and minced onion. Stir well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking dish greased with butter.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
