Description

Harcha, or harcha, are Moroccan pancakes made from semolina flour, somewhat resembling English muffins. They are a great option for breakfast: the textured pancakes are served with jam, cheese, or honey. In the U.S., semolina is relatively rare and expensive, so it can be substituted with regular semolina flour; it differs slightly from semolina, and you can read more about their differences here.
