Toast the nuts in a dry skillet until they become fragrant and their skins begin to peel off. Remove the skins, transfer the nuts to a blender, add sugar, and blend everything into a smooth paste.

Transfer the mixture to a mixer, add the sifted flour, the contents of the vanilla pod, and the egg. Mix until you have a smooth dough. Shape into thin sausages, place on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
