Hazelnut Sherbet
Ingredients
- Sugar - 17.6 oz
- Condensed Milk - 10.6 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1.8 oz
- Hazelnut - 10.6 oz
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the hazelnuts in a pan without adding oil. Chop them finely.
Step 2
In a pot, combine the sugar and condensed milk. Place on a heated stove.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the molasses. Stir well. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Cool to 113°F. Whip until a uniform light brown mass forms. Add the nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture to a mold lined with greased parchment paper. Allow to set.
