Description
Instead of soft cottage cheese, you can use Greek yogurt. In this case, there is no need to add milk.
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the lavash into thin strips and lay them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven until golden and crispy (3–5 minutes).

In a blender, combine the ripe banana and soft cottage cheese, adding 2 tablespoons of milk.
Step 4
Add sugar substitute to taste. Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Prepare the toasted lavash and cottage cheese cream for assembly.
Step 6
Lay a layer of lavash at the bottom of the dish.
Step 7
Spread a layer of cream over the lavash.
Step 8
Repeat the layers.
Step 9
Separately, crush part of the lavash into crumbs.

Sprinkle the top layer of cream with the crumbs. Place in the refrigerator to soak for 2 hours (or overnight).

Before serving, lightly dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
