Ingredients

  • Pita - 1 piece
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Prosciutto - 2 slices
  • Courgette - ½ piece
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Pitted olives - 5 pieces
  • Feta cheese - 0.7 oz
  • Morels - 3 pieces
  • Spinach - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 2

Slice the zucchini, tomato, and mushrooms.

Step 3

Cut the pita in half lengthwise. Spread the cut side with tomato sauce. Arrange the zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, and olives evenly over the pizza. Top with prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil and place in the oven for 10–15 minutes. Add chopped spinach and grated feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil again and return to the oven for another 3–5 minutes.
