  • Onion - ½ head
  • Adyghe cheese - 2.8 oz
  • Spicy salami - 2.8 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Buckwheat Groats - 2.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the buckwheat until fully cooked (it should be soft and fluffy).

Step 2

Meanwhile, start preparing the breakfast in a nearby skillet: peel and chop ½ head of onion, sauté over low heat until golden.

Step 3

Dice the salami and cheese. It is better to use Adyghe cheese for this recipe.

Step 4

Add the salami and cheese to the onion and continue to sauté.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, beat the egg until frothy. Add salt to taste.

To the cheese, onion, and salami mixture, add the buckwheat and pour in the egg.
