- Onion - ½ head
- Adyghe cheese - 2.8 oz
- Spicy salami - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Buckwheat Groats - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the buckwheat until fully cooked (it should be soft and fluffy).
Step 2
Meanwhile, start preparing the breakfast in a nearby skillet: peel and chop ½ head of onion, sauté over low heat until golden.
Step 3
Dice the salami and cheese. It is better to use Adyghe cheese for this recipe.

Add the salami and cheese to the onion and continue to sauté.
