Description
This pie is perfect with tea or broth, whether warm or cooled. It is easy to prepare at any time of the year. You can use Gouda or Tilsiter cheese, as well as cottage cheese or feta. Enjoy your meal.

- Wheat Flour - 0.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 12.7 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread - 6.3 oz
- Ramsons - 1 stem
- Feta cheese - 1.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, cottage cheese, egg, and baking powder. You should get a uniform, pliable ball. Divide it into two equal parts and roll them out to fit the baking dish. Grease the bottom of the dish with a small amount of oil and lay one part of the dough evenly on it.
Step 2
For the filling, grate all the cheese, chop a large bunch of dill and parsley, and add a couple of stems of ramsons or a clove of garlic (depending on your preferences and the availability of ingredients). Mix the cheese, herbs, and feta by hand into a uniform mass and spread it over the dough. Cover with the second part of the dough on top. You can sprinkle with sesame and caraway seeds.
Step 3
Bake at 392°F for 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 338°F and bake for another 15-20 minutes. I use a round baking dish with a diameter of 23 cm.
