Herb Pie with Swiss Cheese and Feta
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 3 pieces
- Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
- Swiss Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Cilantro - 5 stems
- Mint - 4 stems
- Tarragon - 2 stems
- Basil - 2 stems
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Cumin - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Sea Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and yeast through a sieve.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 3
Cut the feta into cubes.
Step 4
Finely chop all the herbs.
Step 5
Whisk the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt.
Step 6
While whisking, gradually add 70 ml of olive oil.
Step 7
Add the flour, a pinch of pepper, cumin, chopped feta, and fresh herbs. Knead the dough.
Step 8
Grate the Swiss cheese.
Step 9
Grease the baking dish with the remaining olive oil, place the dough in it, and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
Step 10
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
