Ingredients
- Pecans - 3.5 oz
- Hazelnuts - 3.5 oz
- Almonds - 3.5 oz
- Brazil Nuts - 3.5 oz
- Cashews - 3.5 oz
- Chili Flakes - ½ teaspoon
- Dried Rosemary - ½ teaspoon
- Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon
- Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Muscovado Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Sea Salt - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and place them in the oven for 10 minutes to toast. Be careful not to overdo it.
Step 3
Remove and let cool slightly.
Step 4
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add the warm nuts to this mixture, and stir well.
Step 5
Pack the nuts into nice jars or paper bags.
