Hercules Pie with Dried Fruits
Ingredients
- Butter - 3 oz
- Light Molasses - 3.5 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Hercules Oats - 4.9 oz
- Dried Apricots - 3 oz
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Dried parsnip - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In heated molasses, add butter and brown sugar, and mix well. Then add the pre-cooked Hercules oatmeal, chopped dried apricots, and pears. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Place the prepared mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 25–30 minutes. Cool and remove from the dish.
