Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 25.4 oz
- Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Raw cane sugar - 21.2 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Creamy frosting - 7.1 oz
- Pastry decorations - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the flour with salt and baking powder.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar until light, then add the eggs and vanilla.
Step 3
Gradually add the flour at low speed.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out into flat discs, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the cookies into star shapes of various sizes (you can use a ready-made set of cookie cutters or make a template from cardboard).
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes at 356°F.
Step 7
Prepare the icing (take 2 packets of ready-made icing), spread it on the cooled cookies, and assemble the tree.
Step 8
Optionally, decorate with sprinkles.
