Holiday Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 3 cups
  • Sugar - 0.7 cups
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Margarine - 8.8 oz
  • Vanillin - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add 2/3 cup of sugar and 200 g of margarine. Mix until a thick mass is obtained. Add 3 cups of flour, knead until a yellow mass forms.

Step 2

Roll out the dough and cut shapes with cookie cutters. Decorate with sprinkles or nuts.

Step 3

Grease the baking sheet with margarine (or better, line it with parchment paper). Place the cookies on the sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 356°F. The cookies will be ready when they become firm and golden in color.
