- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Vanillin - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the batter. For this, place kefir, eggs, sugar, flour, and baking powder in a blender and mix. The batter should not be liquid like for crepes.
Step 2
Wash and peel the apples. Add them to the batter and mix well. Add vanillin and cinnamon to the batter.
Step 3
Heat a skillet. Brown the pancakes in a small amount of oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
Step 4
Serve hot with sour cream, and optionally, garnish with powdered sugar and mint.
