Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 21.2 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 1.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with water, yeast, sugar, eggs, and salt. Knead the dough. Add vegetable oil to the dough. Leave it in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 2
Pre-salt the baking pans. Load the dough into them and wait for it to rise. Then place the pans in the oven and bake at 356°F for 35–40 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the pans with the bread from the oven, place them on a damp towel for a few minutes, and then turn them onto a plate.
Step 4
Serve the bread warm.
