- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Ground Oats - 1.8 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 6 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with flour. Put the remaining flour, oats, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. Add the dried apricots and walnuts and mix well.
Step 2
Mix the yogurt and milk in a separate bowl and combine with the other ingredients. Gently mix with a knife. It is very important to do this quickly. Then shape into a loaf approximately 18 cm in diameter and place on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Make a light crosswise cut with a knife and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. After baking, wrap in a dry towel — this gives the loaf softness.
