Ingredients
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 3.7 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a small saucepan, pour in the milk, add cocoa powder and sugar, mix well, and place it on the heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and add 50 g of butter.
Step 2
The mixture needs to be stirred slowly and continuously, gradually adding the flour until it comes to a boil. Once the flour is evenly mixed, you can remove the saucepan from the heat.
Step 3
If you decide to add a filling to the chocolate, it's best to do this in layers while pouring the chocolate into the molds. First, pour a layer of chocolate, sprinkle nuts or another filling, and then pour more chocolate on top.
Step 4
Pour the chocolate into molds and place them in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
