Description
They come out of the oven soft. After resting a bit, they harden. So don't make them too thin, or you'll have to chew them.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Sugar - 6.3 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mash and beat the sugar, egg, and softened butter until smooth.
Step 2
Add the baking soda and salt.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Add it to the bowl and mix.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon small balls of cookie dough onto it.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 10–15 minutes.
