Ingredients
- Gelatin - 2 teaspoons
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Honey - 5 tablespoons
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 4 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in water and let it sit. Then, place the soaked gelatin over heat and add the sugar, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate. Then, pour the mixture into a mixer, add the honey and melted chocolate, and mix for 5–10 minutes. When the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, pour the future marshmallow into a mold and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 3
Once the marshmallows have set, cut them into cubes and roll them in cocoa powder.
